Spinach and Bacon Pasta

A delicious, quick and simple dish to do when you are in a hurry. Serves 6

Ingredients

600 grams spaghetti
1 bunch spinach
30 ml oil
6 rashers of bacon chopped,
1 clove garlic finely chopped
freshly ground black pepper
parmesan (optional)

Method

Wash spinach well and dry

Put oil into a large pan and lightly fry the bacon and garlic, add the spinach.

Whilst this is cooking, boil the pasta in salted water.

When cooked, toss spaghetti through the spinach and bacon in the pan. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

If wished this can be served with grated parmesan
