Bechamel Sauce
50 grams butter
1/2 litre milk,
45 grams flour
nutmeg
Use a non stick pan, melt the butter and then mix in flour off the heat. Put back onto stove to cook but do not brown. Take off heat again and add cold milk gradually making sure it does not get lumpy .
Keep cooking over the heat for a few minutes. Add some freshly ground nutmeg.
