Frittata with Potato
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
3 medium size potatoes
30 grams butter
salt
6 eggs
15 ml milk
50 grams gruyere cheese, grated
Method
Peel and slice the potatoes into cubes. Put into a saucepan with a little butter, and cook very slowly
Beat the eggs in a bowl , add salt, milk and grated cheese
Tip the egg mixture into the fry pan with the potatoes, mix well and make the frittata quickly. Let it stay soft in the middle
