Advocaat parfait with banana cream horn‚ created by Tanya Healy
Serves 6
Ingredients
3eggyolks
50 g sugar
65 ml Advocaat; 65 ml Advocaat extra
250ml cream, whipped
Method
Place egg yolks, sugar and 65 ml Advocaat liqueur in bowl, whisk over a hot water bath until it forms a custard, cool in mixing bowl, whisking constantly.
Fold extra Advocaat through sabayon and whipped cram, place in fridge.
