The Italian courses aim to give students a working knowledge of the basic ingredients and techniques most commonly used in Italian cooking and cover a range of regional dishes including pasta, risotto, gnocchi and their various sauces as well as veal, chicken and fish dishes. There is also an introduction to regional olive oils and other special ingredients. Cost $297.00
Thai cooking lessons include a full introduction to special ingredients and students learn to prepare a range of dishes covering soups, salads, curries, steamed and fried dishes and snacks. Cost $297.00
Vietnamese classes include an introduction to special herbs and other ingredients and cover a wide range of dishes including appetisers, noodles, soups and grills. Cost $297.00
North African classes cover salads, cooked vegetable dishes and tajines from different regions of Morocco and desserts. Cost $297.00
Special 1 session courses in North African dishes featuring couscous and other specialities are also available. Cost $77.00
Those wishing to indulge in two weeks of total immersion in Moroccan food, culture and music should consider Meera's culinary tour to Morocco.
Advanced courses in Thai, Italian and North African cuisines are available for those wishing to further their repertoire. Special one off classes may also be arranged on request for groups of 12 - 15.
