We've always loved this spacious, comfortable premises from its first restaurant incarnation, and still find it very attractive. Matteo Pignatelli and his chefs have managed to produce consistently excellent dishes at a surprisingly reasonable cost.

The fare describes itself as contemporary, classical Italian but most of the dishes are much more innovative than most we have found in Italy - Italian in style but often with a touch of adventure, yet always seriously well prepared and presented with style. The service is also very professional and the wine list particularly well chosen.
