Melbourne's only Chiu Chow restaurant and despite lack of competition, standards are excellent. Food, wine, service and general atmosphere are usually impeccable. The decor is not specifically 'oriental' and the spaces have quite an intimate feel. The wine list is comprehensive and also allows diners to match wines by the glass with the food. Mask of China is highly recommended for special occasions, management will make every effort to ensure that you and your guests receive exactly what you had planned and will assist greatly in that planning. Let them know what you want and you will receive highly professional and attentive service and carefully prepared food.
