Ingredients
2 large White Radishes Radishes Radishes
1-2 crisp cooking Apples Apple Apple

3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce Soy Soy

1 tablespoon toasted crushed Sesame Seeds Sesame Sesame
1 fresh red hot Chilli seeded and finely chopped Chilli Chilli

MethodPeel and cut white radishes into julienne. Peel and chop apples into julienne. Squeeze lemon juice over the top to prevent discolouration. Shred spring onions finely. Cover with dressing - to make dressing mix all ingredients together.
