Mu Saing Chai (White Radish Salad)

3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Salad Oil

2 teaspoons Sesame Oil

3 tablespoons mild Vinegar

3 teaspoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon toasted crushed Sesame Seeds

1 fresh red hot Chilli seeded and finely chopped

Method

Peel and cut white radishes into julienne. Peel and chop apples into julienne. Squeeze lemon juice over the top to prevent discolouration. Shred spring onions finely. Cover with dressing - to make dressing mix all ingredients together.
