Kong Namul (Bean Sprout Salad)

500 grams (1 lb) Bean Sprouts

1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon crushed toasted Sesame Seeds

3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce

2 Spring Onions finely chopped

1 teaspoon Honey or Sugar

Dash Chilli Powder or Cayenne Pepper

Method

Wash sprouts then blanch in salted water.

Drain and refresh.

Combine other ingredients and toss and chill.
