Kong Namul (Bean Sprout Salad)
Preamble Korean
Ingredients
500 grams (1 lb) Bean Sprouts Bean Shoots Bean Shoots
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Sesame Sesame
1 tablespoon Salad Oil Oil Oil
1 tablespoon crushed toasted Sesame Seeds Sesame Sesame
3 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce Soy Soy
1 clove Garlic Garlic Garlic
2 Spring Onions finely chopped Spring Onion Spring Onion
1 teaspoon Honey or Sugar Honey Honey
Dash Chilli Powder or Cayenne Pepper Chilli Chilli

MethodWash sprouts then blanch in salted water.
Drain and refresh.
Combine other ingredients and toss and chill.
