Ingredients

1 Green Capsicum

1/2 teaspoon Tumeric Powder

1 cup fried Gram crushed

Method

Wash the capsicum and remove the seeds. Slice. Heat some ghee and fry the mustard seeds until they jump. Add the green chilli, tumeric and fried, crushed gram and fry gently for a few minutes. Add the sliced capsicum and fry gently until soft. Sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and coriander leaf.
