Potato Ball in Curry Sauce



Ingredients

2 tablespoons Ghee

1 Onion finely chopped

2 cloves Garlic finely chopped

1/2 inch piece Ginger finely chopped

1 teaspoon Tumeric Powder

2 teaspoons Coriander Powder

1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

4 Tomatoes chopped

Method

Drain the koftas - Potato Balls - and keep warm while you prepare the curry sauce.

Heat ghee and lightly fry the onion, garlic and ginger. Add the spices and fry for two minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and cook till a thick gravy is formed, adding a cup of water. Serve the hot koftas and pour over the curry sauce. If the koftas are kept in the sauce they tend to absorb the moisture and become soggy.
