Indian Potato Balls
Ingredients
1 lb Potatoes Potato Potato
1/2 teaspoon Salt Salt Salt

1 cup cooked Cauliflower or Peas Cauliflower Cauliflower
1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaves Coriander Coriander
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Garam Masala Garam Masala
Juice of 1/2 Lemon Lemon Lemon
Ghee for frying Ghee Ghee

MethodCook potatoes in salted water till soft. Peel and mash. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Divide the mixture into 30-35 small balls. Roll in a little besan (gram flour) or plain flour. Fry in hot ghee till golden. Serve hot for lunch or as a savoury snack. They go well with a cold salad.
