Ingredients

1/2 lb Potatoes

1 1/2 pints Chicken Stock

3/4 pint Double Cream

Cream Cream

Chives

Chive Chive

Celery

Salt

Black Pepper

Capsicum Capsicum

Method

Simmer diced potatoes, leeks and peas in stock till tender. Put veg and broth in blender. Season. Cool slightly and stir in cream. Chill and sprinkle with chopped chives.
