MethodHeat a little oil, mix the egg lightly and cook as a thin omlette. Leave aside to cool and then shred. Add the bacon and cook then add the prawns, soy souce and crushed garlic to taste. Heat thoroughly, then add the rice (cooked, dried and chilled the previous day).
Mix all the ingredients and thoroughly heat the rice. Chop the spring onions diagonally (some green) and add with the shredded cooked egg to the rice.
