Ingredients

1 tablespoon grated Onion Spring Onion Spring Onion
1 tablespoon dry Sherry Sherry Sherry
Mustard or W'shire Sauce Mustard Mustard

MethodCook chopped onion in butter, add rice. Cover with water to 1/2 inch over rice, cook till all water absorbed.
Mix rest of ingredients together, cover rice with mixture. Heat in oven till topping hot and slightly brown.
