Mandarin Chicken
Ingredients
2 1/2-3 lbs Chicken Chicken Chicken

16 oz can Bean Sprouts Bean Shoots Bean Shoots

MethodRemove the skin from the chicken and cut meat into thin strips. Heat the oil in the frypan, add the chicken and cook, stirring until white (about 3 minutes).
Add the greeen pepper, onion, celery, water chestnuts, stock, monosodium glutamate, salt and ginger. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the cornflour with the soy sauce, add to the pan with the bean sprouts and simmer for three minutes longer.
