MethodMelt one block of butter, add chopped onions, garlic, mixed herbs, diced bacon. Cook well, add livers and saute lightly, keeping them still pink. Add cooked chicken flesh, brandy and port wine. Blend the whole, season with salt and black pepper. Cool and roll in greased foil.
