Khoshaf (Middle Eastern Dried Fruits)
Ingredients
1 lb dried Apricots Apricot Apricot
1/2 lb Prunes Prune Prune
1/4 lb blanched Almonds Almond Meal Almond Meal
2 oz Pistachio Nuts or Pine Nuts Nuts Nuts
1 tablespoon Rose Water Rose Water Rose Water
1 tablespoon Orange Blossom Water Orange Blossom Water Orange Blossom Water
Sugar to taste Sugar Sugar

MethodWash the fruits and cover with water in large dish. Add nuts and sugar (about 1/4 lb). Add rose water and orange blossom water. Let fruits soak at least 48 hours. Serve with cream (optional), handed seperately.
