Spumone for Six
Ingredients
1 pint Cream Cream Cream
1/4 lb Nuts Nuts Nuts
1/4 lb Peel (orange, lemon and ananas) Peel Peel
2 glasses Liqueur (any, according to taste) Liqueur Liqueur
6 Egg Yolks Egg Egg
6 sherry glasses white Wine Chinese Wine Chinese Wine
6 tablespoons Sugar Sugar Sugar

MethodFirst make Zabalione thus:-
Beat egg yolks with white wine and sugar. Continue to beat in double saucepan and cook until thick (do not boil). Allow to cool. Beat cream, mix with chopped nuts, peel and liqueur. Stir this into Zabalione. Place in mould and deep freeze.
