Ingredients

1/2 kilo (1 lb) fresh Marscarpone Cheese

200 grams (6 oz) Sugar

3 tablespoons Kirsch

Kirsch Kirsch

Method

Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until they form a thick lemon coloured mixture. Add cheese and continue beating until smooth. Add the Kirsch and beat in. Chill and serve in small bowls or champagne glasses with fruits and nuts.
