8 Eggs
400 mils Egg Yolks
400 grams Castor Sugar
Heat the milk and flavour with vanilla.
Cream the egg, egg yolks and sugar.
Add the hot milk and blend together.
Place in a double boiler and cook until the sauce coats the spoon, stir constantly.
