4 oz ground Almonds

2 oz Orange or Lemon Rind

6 oz Raisins

6 oz Cinnamon

6 oz Nutmeg

Nutmeg Nutmeg

Boil down apples, sugar and lemon juice, stew to a pulp. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place on pastry and bake.
