Chocolate Ice Cream 1

Ingredients

4 oz Plaistowe's cooking Chocolate

Chocolate Chocolate

1 pint Fulcreem Co.'s Custard

Custard Custard

1 gill Milk

Milk Milk

1/2 gill Cream

Cream Cream

Sugar to taste

Sugar Sugar

Method

Prepare the custard as directed. Dissolve chocolate in hot milk, sweeten to taste, and strain into custard. Let mixture cool, then add the stiffly whipped cream and freeze in the usual way. Time about 40 minutes. Sufficient for seven or eight persons.
