Aberdeen Sausage
Ingredients
1 lb Buttock Steak Beef Beef
6 oz Bacon Bacon Bacon
1 dessertspoon Sauce Worcestershire Sauce Worcestershire Sauce
1 Egg Egg Egg
2 small cups Breadcrumbs Bread Bread
3/4 teaspoon Salt Salt Salt
Little Pepper Pepper Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg Nutmeg Nutmeg

Method
Mince meat and bacon - add other dry ingredients, mix with egg.
Boil gently in greased basin for 2 hours or steam 2 1/2 hours. Turn out when cold.
