Farmer's One Pot
Ingredients
12 lb Salt Pork Pork Pork
12 lb chopped Onion Spring Onion Spring Onion
30 lb cubed Beef Beef Beef
30 oz Flour Cornflour Cornflour
60 teaspoons Salt Salt Salt
15 teaspoons Caraway Seeds Caraway Caraway
30 lb Carrots cut into strips Carrot Carrot
30 large cubed Potatoes Potato Potato
30 lb Sausages sliced Chinese Salami Chinese Salami

MethodDice salt pork, add onion and fry.
Roll beef in flour mixed with salt and caraway seeds.
Add beef to pork and brown.
Pour stock and water in to cover.
Simmer.
When meat is half tender (about 3/4 hour) add carrots, potatoes and sausages.
Continue cooking till tender.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serve with beetroot or cabbage.
