Sausage And Tomato Pie
Ingredients2 lbs thick Epping Sausages 2 large Tomatoes 1 very small Onion 1/4 pint Water 1 lb cooked Potatoes Salt And Pepper |
MethodPeel, slice and fry onion. Boil sausages for 5 minutes, skin and cut in half lengthwise - put 1/2 quantity in pie dish and cover with fried onion and sliced tomato, pepper and salt. Place remaining sausages on top - add water and cover with thick layers washed potatoes. Dot with butter and bake till nicely browned.
