Meat Curry



Ingredients

1/2 packet Curry Powder (> or < depending on how hot you want)

1 lb Meat (chicken, beef, mutton, fish, etc)

8 tablespoons Oil

8 small onions

4 cloves Garlic

3 tablespoons Milk Powder for 1 cup of milk

3/4 pint Water (> or < depending on how thick you want the curry)

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Salt to taste

Method

Pound small onions and garlic together until fine. Mix curry powder with a little water to form paste.

Cut meat into little pieces.

Heat up pan and add in oil.

Fry pounded onions and garlic in slow fire until light brown.

Add in curry paste and stir continously until dark brown (about 5 min) adding half the milk in between to prevent burning.

Add in sliced meat, salt, sugar and stir contents for about 5 mins.

Add in water and allow contents to boil until meat is tender (about 30 mins)

Add in the remaining half a cup of milk and allow to boil (about 1/2 min) then serve.


Remarks
Optional: Vegetables like cabbage, tomatoes or potatoes can be added.
