Crunchy Meat Loaf



Ingredients

1 lb minced Steak

1/4 teaspoon mixed Herbs

2 dessertspoons Tomato Sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 large can Nestle's Ideal Evaporated Milk

5 cups Kellogg's Cornflakes

Corn Flakes Corn Flakes

Method

Combine minced steak, onion, garlic, seasonings, sauces, Nestle's Ideal Evaporated Milk (reserving 2 tablespoons) and Kellogg's Cornflakes in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place on to greased foil. Shape into a loaf. Brush with reserved Ideal Evaporated Milk. Sprinkle with extra cornflakes. Cover with foil. Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake a further 5 minutes to crisp top.
