Casserole Of White Cabbage



Ingredients

2 lb Lamb or Mutton

Method

Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a little dripping, with the onions till brown. Shred the cabbage. Put a layer of cabbage on the bottom of a casserole, add a layer of meat and onion, a little garlic, salt, pepper and paprika, then repeat till the meat and cabbage is all used. Put a layer of sliced tomatoes on top, then add the lid and cook in a slow oven for several hours.
