Ingredients

4 tablespoons Tamarind Pulp

4 tablespoons soft Brown Sugar or Jaggery

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaf

Method

Soak the tamarind in a cup of hot water. Grind the sugar with the other ingredients. Sprinkle with the strained tamarind juice, or juice of half a lemon, and coriander leaf.
