2 tablespoons Mustard Seeds

2 teaspoons Chilli Powder

Chilli Chilli

2 teaspoons Salt

Salt Salt

1 cup soft Brown Sugar

Sugar Sugar

1/2 pint Vinegar

Vinegar Vinegar

Method

Pound the ginger and garlic. Mix with the other ingredients and cook gently till the right consistency is formed. Bottle when cool.
