Ingredients
2 oz peeled Garlic Garlic Garlic
1 large bunch Coriander or Parsley Leaves Coriander Coriander
2 Green Chillies Chilli Chilli
1 large Red Chilli (or 3/4 teaspoon Cayenne) Chilli Chilli
3-4 tablespoons dried Mango Powder Mango Mango
1 teaspoon Salt Salt Salt
4-6 tablespoons Mustard Oil (Olive Oil as a substitute) Mustard Mustard

MethodGrind, pound and blend all the ingredients except the oil with a little sprinkling of water. Mix, add oil, chill and serve. Pungent with garlic, but a delicious chutney.
