Coconut Chutney
Ingredients1/2 cup dessicated Coconut Small piece Ginger 2 tablespoons fresh Coriander Small piece Tamarind Salt 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder Ghee 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed 2 Chillies sliced A few Curry Leaves |
MethodGrind coconut with cumin, ginger, coriander and tamarind. Add salt, lemon juice and chilli powder. Heat ghee and fry mustard seed till they jump. Add chillies and curry leaves. Then stir altogether with a little water. |
