Beetroot Chutney



Ingredients

1 cup chopped cooked Beetroot

1/2 cup dried or stoned fresh Dates chopped

2 tablespoons grated Coconut

1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder

Juice of 1 Lemon or

Equivalent Vinegar

Vinegar Vinegar

Method

Mix the ingredients and sprinkle with chilli powder, pepper, lemon juice or vinegar. This recipe can be used with bananas by substituting the same amount for the beetroot.
