Ingredients
1 1/4 lb Grapefruit Grapefruit Grapefruit
4 pints Water Water Water
4 lbs Sugar Sugar Sugar

MethodWash and wipe fruit and slice thinly, pour over the 4 pints boiling water over them - stand all night - next day boil about 10 minutes or till skins are soft - add sugar and boil till it sets when tested.
If this seems too sweet you may want to adjust the sugar. If you use too little and the jam starts to go mouldy simply scrape it off and reboil with a little more sugar.
