Carrot Chutney
Ingredients
8 oz young Carrots Carrot Carrot
1 small Onion chopped Spring Onion Spring Onion
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger Ginger Ginger
2 tablespoons Coriander Leaf finely chopped Coriander Coriander
1 teaspoon Salt Salt Salt
Juice of 1/2 Lemon Lemon Lemon

MethodWash and trim the carrots. Chop and pound with the onion and ginger. Mix with the coriander leaf. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
