Cucumber Chutney



Ingredients

1 lb Cucumber

Dill Cucumbers Dill Cucumbers

1 lb Onion finely chopped

Spring Onion Spring Onion

1 teaspoon Salt

Salt Salt

1/2 teaspoon Pepper or Chilli Powder

Pepper Pepper

Juice of 1 Lemon

Lemon Lemon

Method

Peel and chop the cucumber. Mix with an equal quantity of onion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add 2 cloves of garlic and a tablepoon finely chopped coriander leaves for extra flavour.
