Ingredients

MethodSoak a rabbit for an hour in water which has been addad a dessertspoon of salt and a teaspoon of carbonated soda. Then wash and dry the rabbit and cut into pieces. Make a seasoning of breadcrumbs, onion, herbs, pepper and salt. Lay the pieces in a large pie-dish with the seasoning in between and with a little dripping grease some paper and lay it on top like a crust and with a little more dripping on top of paper and bake slowly for 1 1/2-2 hrs.
