Ceviche
Ingredients
1 lb Halibut (filleted white fish) Halibut Halibut
Juice of 2 Lemons Lemon Lemon

1/2 lb Tomatos Tomato Tomato
1 Green Pepper Capsicum Capsicum
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley Parsley Parsley
4 tablespoons Oil Oil Oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar Vinegar Vinegar
Tabasco Sauce Tabasco Sauce Tabasco Sauce
Salt And Pepper Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper

MethodCut fish into 1 inch pieces. Put in a bowl and pour over strained juice.
Marinate 4-6 hours.
Peel and chop onions, skin tomatoes - chop and seed. Chop and seed red peppers.
Add all to fish and parsley, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve chilled
