Ingredients
5 lb Fish Crayfish Crayfish

20 grams white Breadcrumbs Bread Bread

10 tablespoons finely chopped Parsley Parsley Parsley

5 tablespoons Ground Cumin Cumin Seed Cumin Seed

MethodBoil fish with lemon and water.
Drain, sieve and mash.
Crush garlic cloves with salt.
Chop onions finely.
Mix mashed fish, add onion, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Knead by hand.
Roll into small finger shapes.
Roll in flour.
Deep fry.
