Remains of cold, cooked Fish

Method

Make a batter of four tablespoons of flour, salt and pepper, one white of egg, and a little milk. Mix in the mashed remains of the fish, drop into boiling fat in spoonfuls, and serve very hot.

Remarks
This is a good breakfast dish.
