MethodDrain and pat dry oysters, season and roll in flour, then one beaten egg, then fine breadcrumbs. Put into hot, melted butter and fry on one side. Pour over 4 beaten eggs, Let cook, then turn over and brown. Serve with small, browned sausages and shoestring potatoes.
