Buttered Eggs
Ingredients

1 oz Butter Butter Butter
1 dessertspoon Parsley Parsley Parsley
1 tablespoon Gravy Gravy Gravy
2 slices Toast Toast Toast
Salt And Pepper Salt and Pepper Salt and Pepper

MethodBreak eggs into a cup and beat slightly, add finely chopped parsley, gravy, pepper and salt. Heat butter in a saucepan, add the egg mixture, and stir well until it begins to set. Continue stirring until it is slightly firm. Pile on hot buttered toast, sprinkle with a little parsley, and serve with crisp grilled bacon.
