Eggs In Sour Cream (Eier In Rahm)



Ingredients

1 cup Sour Cream

Cream Cream

1/4 tablespoon Milk

Milk Milk

6 Eggs

1 tablespoon Butter melted

1/3 teaspoon Parsley chopped

Parsley Parsley

1/2 teaspoon Chives chopped

Chive Chive

4 Anchovies chopped

Anchovy Anchovy

1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

Bread Bread

Method

Pour the sour cream mixed with milk into ovenproof dish. Break eggs gently and drop into mixture. Pour butter over. Sprinkle with parsley, chives, anchovies and breadcrumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven until eggs are set (not too hard) and a light brown crust appears on top.
