Method

Boil hard as many eggs as required, shell and cut in half lengthways. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and sufficient milk to make it a good consistency, and pepper and salt to taste. Add to the sauce some chopped cooked bacon. Serve eggs in the sauce on hot buttered toast.
