MethodChop finely some bacon and mix with parsley. Butter deep patty pans, and line with the mixture. Into each tin break an egg, and cover with fine breadcrumbs. Cook in a pan of boiling water till eggs set. Cover the pan to hasten the cooking, which should take from 10 to 15 minutes.
