Method

Chop finely some bacon and mix with parsley. Butter deep patty pans, and line with the mixture. Into each tin break an egg, and cover with fine breadcrumbs. Cook in a pan of boiling water till eggs set. Cover the pan to hasten the cooking, which should take from 10 to 15 minutes.
