Vitello Tonnato Sauce 1



Ingredients

1/2 pint Mayonnaise

6 oz Tuna

Tuna Tuna

6 Anchovy Fillets

Anchovy Anchovy

1 teaspoons Capers

Capers Capers

2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

Lemongrass Lemongrass

Black Pepper

Capsicum Capsicum

Method

Make a thick mayonnaise.

Pound tuna, anchovy fillets and capers with lemon juice and black pepper till smooth.

Combine with mayonnaise in blender till creamy (add veal stock if too thick)
