Tomato Sauce - Miettas

Ingredients

1 kilo (2 lbs) of chopped and skinned Tomatoes

1 Onion chopped

Spring Onion Spring Onion

1 Carrot chopped

Carrot Carrot

1 stalk Celery chopped

Celery Celery

2 tablespoons Parsley chopped

Parsley Parsley

Method

Place all ingredients in a saucepan with salt, ground pepper and a pinch of sugar. Simmer until cooked and season again if necessary.
