60 grams (2 oz) Pine Nuts Nuts Nuts
60 grams freshly grated Parmesan Cheese or Tardo Cheese Parmesan Cheese Parmesan Cheese

MethodClean and remove the stalks from a large bunch of fresh basil. Put into a blender with a little oil and two peeled garlic cloves. When blended add 60 grams of pine nuts and 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan or Sardo cheese. Add a little more oil and blend again. In all you'll need about 90 grams of olive oil.
