Ingredients

100 grams (3 oz) Butter

100 grams (3 oz) fresh white Breadcrumbs

Bread Bread

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese

Lots of ground Black Pepper

Capsicum Capsicum

Method

Melt the butter, add breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper and a little Bollito stock. Mix to a smooth paste and serve just warm.
